We believe that taking time to step away from our day-to-day routines is essential – not only for strategic thinking, but also for strengthening the connections that make us a team. That’s why our annual offsite has become a cherished tradition.

At the beginning of the year, we traded our usual surroundings for a week in the mountains, creating space to reflect on the past months, celebrate achievements, discuss challenges, and align on our goals for the year ahead. Away from the distractions of everyday work, we were able to focus on meaningful conversations, fresh ideas, and the bigger picture of where we want to go together.

Alongside workshops, planning sessions, and team discussions, we also spent time skiing together – making the most of the winter landscape and enjoying moments that brought us closer as a team. These shared experiences are just as valuable as the strategic work, often leading to new perspectives, stronger collaboration, and unexpected inspiration.
